I was at Ft Sill in 1970 for Army ROTC summer camp. Lots of Aggies in those days since most pursued a contract rather than be D&C. Our Tac officer asked how many Aggies where in the company. We had several but one guy piped up about being a New Mexico State Aggie. The Tac Officer replied, "the only real Aggies are Texas Aggies"

1972 @ Kyle Field: Army 24 Texas A&M 14


OTOH, the 'sips lost to Air Force 16-24 in 1985.


Both schools are 3-1 against the service academies.
