Tired of these one year deals being negotiated so publicly with threats to portal and such (not saying that is the case with Dewberry as I haven't been following his story).

The players are bought one year at a time. I get it. The illusion is over.

I'd wager there's a lot of that going around on social media with athletes everywhere. It's just the new way. Actually kind of nice in a way hearing a positive instead of another announcement of leaving. I'd take another 60 or so I'm staying announcements.
