Sometimes these deals are nothing more than $$ plays by the guy on the other end. They may have raised their NIL comittment to make Stoops happy and or bumped him or his assistants salaries.

Many times they are agent spread news. I bet Billy had good Intel, but there was more going on behind the scenes.

Anyway, I'm sure I'm not alone, it's on to a better hire now !!!
