Whether it's NIL or the transfer portal or generational QBs(Deshaun/Trevor) or coordinator "brain drain" (Morris, Scott/Elliott, Venables)… I'd probably stay away.

Ryan Day inherited a program that would lose 1-2 games a year and maintained that standard perfectly

Kind of hard to tell if he is a great coach…or if their program is just that level year in and out since he has never had to build anything as a head coach.

He won 2 different natty's and didn't ride the back of one line great team like Jimbo. Also, there has not been rampant evidence of toxic culture and he isn't nearly as much of an a hole as Jimbo is.

This isn't a reasonable comparison. I would only chose DeBoer over Dabo. I think any intelligent, reasonable person would and should feel the same. Geez.
