Streaming is narrow cast v. over the air v. cable/sat linear both broadcasts. But the real difference is broadcasting as as delay. OTA is a censorship delay. Cable may capture and re-send video which is slower (AT&T and Spectrum both do) which runs 10 seconds. Satellite distribution takes time both early distribution and late.
