That's not a bad thing. Because it's a horrible uniform and looks like some DIII school in Utah or Idaho or somewhere nobody has ever heard of.

Maroon tops. White pants. Simple, classic, school colors.

I can think of one thing Jimbo did right: standardize the uniform. I am not a fan of the maroon pants. All whites on the road and standard Maroon and white at home. I am probably one of the few who likes the white helmets - at times - on the road. But I can live without them.
