Buzz has not panned out, but I don't see how anyone could have possibly foreseen how poorly he has done here. That was an outstanding hire at the time.

We have said the same thing about Kennedy, Jimbo, Sumlin, Sherman, and Fran, even Childress. All had noticeable flaws in their management that showed within a few short years yet they are allowed to continue as they see fit. I understand they all make more than the AD and this problem spans multiple ADs, however there is a pattern here.

Buzz has turned out to be a terrible hire. He along with Jimbo were hired by Woodward though. Our basketball program is perpetually cursed.
