No such thing back in the day when we played football.
I was at my then girlfriend's apartment the night of this game.
She was in the kitchen cooking something as I was watching the game and when the hit took place I remember yelling at her that I think and Aggie player just killed a TCU kid.
Can't believe it's been 32 years.

Football ain't the same anymore...

At my gf's apartment. Most vicious hit I have ever seen. Not a cheap shot, either-a clean hit.

Remember playing LB, was fun getting blows like in. Except crack backs from the WRs were legal back then so got popped a few times, once bad enough to crack a helmet

Don't remember some plays at TE, was not fun getting hit like that. A few times ended up in the huddle or lining up for the next play and had no clue how I got there.
