I'm poor by the BMA standards, but I'm rich knowing the angst and frustration Jimbo causes them when their at the executive terminals in Dallas and Houston and their Longhorn buddies say "hi" to them.

Won't be long until tu/OU are back in the country club with us and it turns into old times.

I hope that all of the people that assisted with the Jimbo hire are proud of themselves this morning. I guess money can't buy a national championship or happiness.

What if ALL the coaches are fired and the PWOs are tasked to call plays? Those are the high school and college coaches of tomorrow anyway, this just gives them a head start (win). Take the coaching salary savings and evenly distribute it amongst the entire roster (win). The PWOs are no longer paying for their education out of pocket (win). Hire a group of proven Stength and Conditioning coaches (win). Is the record still 8-4 or 7-5?

The worst contract in NCAA history is still hanging like an albatross and will for at least two more years after this. LSU and Scott Woodward played our BMAs and their wallets like a fiddle. Now, we just have to watch this keep burning until the buyout is somewhere below $50 million. Even then, Id hate to be the one to explain how paying someone $50+ million to not coach and then hire someone to coach here still for another $50-$75 million is the right decision.

The end of the game timeout to kick a FG is was a deal breaker for me. The game was over once he called that timeout. Only 2 timeouts guaranteed they could run the clock out, minus some absolutely insane Miami type ending but with Saban, that ain't happening. There was NO reason to call a timeout. If they aren't prepared to hustle the FG team out and convert a short FG in a reasonable time, then that's 100% coaching. You called TO with 2:14 left. If you kick the FG with no timeout, you probably leave 1:50 on the clock. With all 3 timeouts, that is PLENTY of time to get a stop and force a punt and probably have 1:15 or so left in the game to make a game winning drive. ATLEAST GIVE YOURSELF A CHANCE. The fact they couldn't do that is completely unacceptable

Rick Neuheisel on XM Sirius Channel 84 blasting Jimbo on clock management this morning. Also dissed Saban for that pass on first down. But those criticisms paled in comparison to what he said about Mario Cristobal.

Wake up!!! Do you actually believe other fan bases don't call for changes to happen immediately??!!

IMO, we get so much grief because we pay a fortune, extend the contract LONG before it's over because the Big Bad Wolf is coming to take our mediocre coach, and then sit back and say "Shucks...we didn't get it done...but NEXT YEAR...".

We need to fire this whole coaching staff. The game moves faster than any of these idiots can think. It's tim to upgrade our style of football.
