What's the rule? If he's in a bar / HEB / laundry mat and she walks in, is he required to leave?

He's the dumbass who has the restraining order, but if he didn't walk into her local can she make him leave wherever he already is?

I'm not sure about the law if you were first to arrive, but that's not what happened here. I can't imagine there wouldn't be limitations if moko was there first, what would stop any person in her situation from just showing up anywhere he went and basically forcing him out of society. BUT AGAIN, that's not what happened here

Yes, he has to leave if he arrives at a location where she is if it is with the distance from which he must stay away. He knew it, he stayed anyway.

That is not how it works.
The person thinks, "I am so awesome. I play FB for A&M. How the F did she reject ME?? ME!!!" At that point it becomes a challenge to solve this knotty problem of how he can get her to take him back or like him again.
