He has not regressed. We just played very well on D.

Going have to quibble a bit on that. KJ was a step slower, not as elusive and didn't have his normal afterburner speed when he took off to run. Back to back bruising games and he was off all day. Not completely out of gas, but his tank was low. And losing his escape valves like TE Hasz early narrowed his options to be able to offset his own limitations.

All play was good except for DBs. We gave 3rd and long when it was obvious the play call. Then the long TD against our obvious poor DB who has cost us dearly already.

Durkin got lucky that he's played two teams in a row that basically had no QB (Jefferson has regressed and turned into a total headcase). It helped that Arkansas's offensive coordinator couldn't call a play to save his life (the Spavital-style play calling in short yardage downs was mind boggling).

Just be thankful that Max didn't get knocked out for the rest for the season during that run. Why they're running him that much when there's no one on the bench is insane.
