They are both NFL QB's.

If Johnson plays well enough to keep Weigman on the bench, he could easily make a jump to the pros. It would have to be a hell of a year

No disrespect to Max, I meant starting NFL QB. With his size, he might make a squad, but 60% completion rate will need to improve. Happy we have him, hope he keeps developing.

This. We are fortunate to have a QB2 that's as good as Max. Lot of schools where he'd be QB1. Auburn for example. He's just not as good consistently as a healthy Weigman.

Pray that we get to choose between a healthy Weigman and thriving Max!

And Max's arm talent alone will get him a shot in the league.

If the team looks good w Max, you ride w him until the team no longer looks good.

Also STRONGLY Disagree. 1) Kid has an arm 2) he's more athletic than most assume 3) makes good decisions. 4) he is 6 ft 6 inches tall.

Max has had a different OC every year he has played college football. He's not Trevor Lawrence, but with decent O-Line play, he can do some T-Law type things. That will at least get you a look for the NFL.
