At this point, based on who is presenting evidence and who is being secretive, I fully believe Tucker. 27 phone calls lasting longer than 30 minutes, several after midnight, the text messages on Fathers Day after the supposed "phone rape" and the rush to judgement, it all sounds fishy and like MSU had buyers remorse after one good season (that part hits way too close to home).

While Tucker technically didn't "confess," his own statement confirmed much of the victim's account. He also admitted to sexually inappropriate behavior while on a work trip and while married.

But how this plays out is predictable. She will claim that the reason she couldn't hang up the phone was because she was being "re-victimized" and was "frozen/transported back" to the time she was first sexually assaulted. There will be claims of victim blaming from one side and "racism" from the others.

But at the end of the day there is a reason you are being paid like $100 million dollars and embarrassing the school in a sex scandal should be grounds for firing. No way in hell a school should be forced to be roped into having some smirking possible sex offender or domestic abuser or whatever on TV every Saturday to be the face of their billion dollar football program. Negotiate your $100 million guaranteed where you get money no matter how much you suck, sure, but if you dont walk the straight and narrow as the face of the program and theres a scandal, that money should be in jeopardy IMO.
