So nothing else involved? Alcohol or drugs? How bad do you have to be driving to actually get arrested for that?

Seems like a question for the Georgia football team.
worse penalty: bail him out and make him play for the aggies under the direction of Durkin and Dumbo (D&D)aggiemilkman4 said:
Suspend him for this weeks game!
Came here to post this. Notice this doesn't happen at other universities in Texas? CSPD always seems to have a hard on for arresting football players.p8aggie said:
Do the cops in BCS just straight up hate the university, students, and especially athletes? Wasn't there a football player complaining about the cops harassing players earlier in the summer?
Anyone ever mentioned why? Maybe an old Ag that used to work for the city government. Seems like this has been an issue for decades. Any cops on the board that can reach out to CSPD and ask them to stop being total dicks?oldschoolcat said:Came here to post this. Notice this doesn't happen at other universities in Texas? The various BCS law enforcement agencies have a hard on for arresting everyone, A&M students definitely included. You just hear about it when it's football players.oldschoolcat said:Came here to post this. Notice this doesn't happen at other universities in Texas? No chance he was actually breaking the law?

No chance people get warnings for breaking minor traffic violations?
From the article:Buford T. Justice said:
If he happens to drive a grey Dodge Charger this has been coming for a while. There is a player that has one and drives like a bat out of hell on a regular basis.

The car was identified because it is a light gray Dodge Challenger with a unique black hood that Turner had installed.

Hardly a "minor traffic violation" since the Traffic Code calls for up to a 30 day jail term, unlike a Class C misdemeanor traffic violation. Don't be an idiot.
If he was putting you or your family's safety at risk, you'd want him arrested. Don't be an apologist for him just because he's a football player. That's how programs go to hell.
Pulled over and ticketed, absolutely. Arrested with a $3,000 bond. I don't think so.texasaggie2015 said:
Dude..... did you even read the article? He was going 85mph down Wellborn. That's absolutely reckless and not an ordinary speeding ticket. Several cars had to slam the brakes to avoid getting hit. Yeah, if you're that reckless, you should 100% be arrested.
