Seats 100K and will have boatload of empty seats if we don't start fielding a MUCH better team.

Not true, and this is part of the problem. Aggies are generous to a fault and would pack Kyle Field even if the team went 1-11. Aggies don't give the athletic department consequences when it comes to expected revenue. Therein lies a big part of the problem.

The threat has always been BMAs pulling donations and is carrot/stick.

It certainly was a big win for sippie. However, we will see how Alabama does the rest of the way. That victory might not look near as impressive at the end of the season.

We beat Bama in Tuscaloosa also and here we are. The story isn't over. Maybe sark is the next Saban, but I wouldn't bet on it just yet.

Also - we now have world class facilities and a loaded nil check book. The last ten years were anything but a waste. If deon has shown you anything it's that a change doesn't take years to turnaround like it used to

Colorado was in a death struggle with an average TCU and took most of the game to get on top of a Nebraska team whose best QB can't field snaps. Colorado is better than 1-11, they'd almost have to be, but "turnaround" is a little premature. Let's see how they do against Utah with Rising back, USC, etc.

Alabama class rankings the last four years:
2020: #2
2021: #1
2022: #2
2023: #1

Alabama has plenty of talent and probably doesn't lose more than one more game this year. Truth is Sark outcoached them badly and Texas outplayed them with talent that's good but maybe a notch below. Once Sark starts pulling #1 and #2 classes, he's the new Saban.

A 50/50 ball is caught not automatic.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's why they call it a 50/50 ball.

I don't think any coach can be the next Saban in the NIL/ transfer portal era. It's going to be impossible to build the type of quality depth at all positions that Saban enjoyed when players can go off to other teams to get more money and more playing time rather than ride the bench and wait for an opportunity. They want have as much loyalty to a coach/ school in the future when money is involved.

Liberals don't believe in private property ownership, unless it is their own...They can screw up your property or even steal it if they want and should face no consequences..You got insurance, right?

It's not a big deal when kids are banging on the hood of someones car and sliding on top of the hood.

So someone damaging your vehicle would be no big deal to you?

Bama isn't that good this year.

A&M almost knocked them off last year at home with Haynes against that same QB

what is interesting about this thread is the over the top praise of sark. yes they beat bama which is a good win but the guy has never won ten games as a coach in his caree, to my knowledge. he has coached at washington, usc, and texas. let that sink in.

there is a lot of season left, sark got a big win but they have a lot more games to go.

if anything Aggie fans should be pretty pleased that they had a few excellent seasons and won a NY6 Bowl Game

why should joining the SEC suddenly make A&M an elite program?!

is Missouri some elite power? is Vanderbilt? is South Carolina? Is Miss State?!

Missouri actually has a couple of CCG appearances under their belt.

Missouri won consecutive SEC East division titles in 2013 and 2014.

South Carolina won the SEC East in 2010 and posted 3 consecutive 11-2 seasons from 2011 to 2013.

Mississippi State finished 10-3 (6-2) in 2014, including a 49-34 loss to Georgia Tech in the 2015 Orange Bowl.

Yes, we should be pleased that we have won a NY6 Bowl Game more recently than any other SEC team besides Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. Ole Miss made a NY6 Bowl appearance more recently than we have, but lost to Baylor 21-7 in the 2022 Sugar Bowl.
