Walked into the Cool Zone to get a hot dog. "We don't have hot dogs, we have shack dogs." "What is that?" "A chicken tender on a hotdog bun."
The pretzels were really great and they were selling a ton.

I refilled my water bottle twice from the fountain.
Really wanted a hamburger. Do they not sell them anywhere?
All bud light gone. Replaced by coors.
No ice whatsoever by the 2nd QTR in the north end zone 100 sections. Bout the refillable cup and they don't put ice and fill the drink at first. Tell you to go serve yourself the ice and drink of choice. First fill with a $40 tumbler is lukewarm Powerade. Went to refill and still no ice.

I had high hopes that they would have Shiner there. I checked the new distributors website and it says they carried Shiner brands. I didn't find them in the stadium however. Very disappointing to me as it seems a natural fit for Aggieland and I mention it on the satisfaction survey I fill out at the end of every season.

not sure about the concessions because I spent the entire game trying to listen to the HORRIBLE PA system that apparently was designed to be that way.

All the staff edits on this thread reminds me of when we used to hire a new homeowners association and immediately they start flexing the muscle.

Chicken salad chick on a croissant was fine.
Rediculous prices but at least I could get a Coors Banquet.
The Cookshack spicy chicken tenders were awesome. Just wish they gave you 4 tenders instead of 2. But they were big.
It's funny. In 6 seasons as a student I never visited a concession stand. Have no idea what the options were then (98-03). But yeah, prices were stupid. Since my tickets were free I didn't feel too bad about buying food. The "refillable" cup is a ripoff when there's no ice and the drinks are warm. Really stupid planning by whoever is in charge. But I guess who could've predicted it would be hot in September?

Agreed, questionable menu item... looking forward to trying the sushi next time I'm at a hot game.
