Refs terrible and announcers atrocious. "The offensive holding didn't have an effect on the play, but the hit out of bounds." If he is out of bounds how does the hit have an effect on the actual play. They both had an effect call both or call none. That's Brian Kelly ball. Never met a situation where the qb should be under center, doesn't know what a power run is. Still goes for short yardage 4th downs anyways
