There are a million options for cable streaming. Stop being a whiny little snowflake and pick a different provider.
the U.S. Congress allows local municipalities to regulate cable. So they hand out concessions that increase city revenue and many cities have at best a patchwork map of single providers. Past that you need internet access for streaming providers and usually the primary cable company is also the primary high bandwidth internet provider.
There are of course exceptions, but since the cable companies want to book a profit they also don't compete with each other head to head unless they have a huge advantage without additional capital spend. So they notion you can always pick another cable provider is misleading at best.
The pissing match showed up with Sinclair and local providers on stations Sinclair owned or managed in roughly 2008 in Iowa for us. They both are using content to gauge customer support for pricing. But as I said recently: prices are going up not down in all goods and services. You can thank Trump and Biden. They both did it though the Democrats did it more. I've been calling him Joe "Earl" Carter-Biden for a while now…
But I'm sure there are seats at Kyle that will pop free on game day or watch it in the MSC for more game day atmosphere!!! Which means parking issues and crowds…
