I live in a small town in Griffin, Ga, and have been the only Aggie in Griffin, Ga since graduation in 1971. Today the UPS driver made a delivery and I was wearing my Aggie Shirt and Hat (don't we all do that?) He asked if I knew anything about the football team...I answerwed that I listen to TexAgs Numno and OB every day I can. The UPS driver stated that his 6-4 son is currently in a school in Illinois and is in the portal and has had a few conversations with the Aggies...nothing would make his father and me proud than if they indeed take him. His name is Prince Green and he is a Defensive back....anyone able to look and see him in the portal? I am not that internet adept...does he have a chance?

I think we are hurting at CB and he plays CB so if they were going to take him, I would imagine that is where he would play. He has 3 yrs left.

Honestly, listed on Illinois roster at 6'3" 215 DB. So don't know the story, if he is still CB on their roster or has moved to S or NB??? IDK but that is a big dude. If he couldn't play there, it must be injury(s) or if he isn't good enough to play there, they won't take him here, I can promise you that.

TexAgs Radio has a video stream, is a radio show, and OB and Liucci both write articles.

I always thought if you could play CB, you could play safety. 6' 4" safety would be nice. i wonder how he is at hitting and his speed.

Illinois was top in scoring defense, defensive passing , interceptions, and 3rd in total defense. Even if it is tye Big 10 it was a good defense and secondary last year.

If by "6-4" .... the UPS driver meant a 40 time of 6.4 ... then yes absolutely there's a strong possibility that he'll wind up an Ag.

You live in the same small town the kid is from and you dont know anything about him? I'd think not many signed scholarships to play football from there. Usually 1 or 2 from a small school. He should have been the star of his team.

If he inherited his Dad's gift for poetry and had a different last name there was precedence.
