Neither are published, they are "public information" in the way that emails between A&M officials are public information. The school is supposed to centrally track all of the NIL deals, but unless you submit the Texas version of a FOIA request to the university you aren't going to see the details. Travis Brown over at the Eagle did a nice write-up on A&M's NIL spending from Summer 2021 - Summer 2022, which is where the $4mil number people are quoting comes from. From the article it seems like Travis had pretty in-depth details on which deals were signed by which individuals and for how much, but obviously he didn't publish everything.
