With the Kyler Murray ACL tear, now seems as good a time as any for the Cards to part ways with Kingsbury and try to start over since the season is effectively over and it's no secret he and Kyler do not mesh well. Kingsbury's HC record at the NFL and college level is hardly anything to write home about so I doubt he will be in high demand at the HC position and I'm sure he would welcome a little break to get himself set right again. We should give him a call and see if wants to go round two here because I think his offense can bring the air attack Jimbo's offense is missing.

While watching the game on Monday night, to me, he looks like the stress is really getting to him. His eyes did not look healthy. Very much like Jason Garrett in the final years in Dallas.

Luckily for him, he will never have to work another day in his life if he chooses not to do so.

What an original thought...

Why on earth do people think Jimbo is gonna bring in an air raid guy to take over the offense?

We're talking about the poster boy for micromanaging a square peg through a round hole and y'all think after 30+ years he's just gonna say "oh well, **** it… let's go air raid now"

This place is so strange sometimes

Why on earth do people think KK would go from NFL head coach to college OC?

That could be because his mentor Coach Leach was dying in a hospital bed during the game

Actually in the proposed scenario it would be going from fired NFL head coach on the unemployment line to college OC in the best division in college football.

A failed college coach is now failing as a coach in the NFL? What a crazy world we live in. Who could have ever seen this happening?

So we should fire him as the head coach of the Cardinals and hire him as a coordinator at A&M?

I see no flaws with this plan.

At least a better plan than hiring Lovie Smith.

Anybody with any knowledge knows that JFF was the offensive coordinator when Kingsbury was here.

KK not coming back to A&M. When he left here he talked about how much he hated it.
Said " it was strictly a business deal" .. y'all wanted someone like that to come back

Everyone is on here laughing at the idea of KK as OC, but what better candidates are actually left at this point? Say what you want about Kliff as a HC, but you can't deny he put up insane numbers as play caller in college in CS & Lubbock. I'd prefer Kliff over Petrino, and I'm sure the players & most fans would as well.

Lovie Smith is taking his team to a bowl this year, which is good.

Raiders' owner Al Davis hired the 31 year-old Kiffin on January 23, 2007, making him the youngest head coach in Oakland Raiders history, and signed Kiffin to a two-year contract worth about $4 million with a team option for 2009

He was referring to Kiffin's next job being the HC at UT. Kiffin did not immediately go from being a NFL head coach to college OC.

Macho A&M mindset will NEVER accept the Kingsbury, Leach, Mumme, G Riley, L Riley, Dykes, D Holgerson, etc AIR RAID APPROACH! It remains a "gimmick" offense in too many minds though it has changed college, pro and high school football! It is 9-4 v A&M with LESS TALENT. Texas A&M will always have a ground and pound mentality.

Then again, I'm reminded of an Aggie coach that didn't exactly set the world on fire as coach of the Cardinals but went back to college coaching and won a national championship.
The person that is not willing to fight and die, if need be, for his country has no right to life.

The guy really hasn't done **** anywhere and is about to be fired in Phoenix. His alma mater Canned him for some Stupid reason Phoenix hired him they haven't been good and defenses have figured out how to stop Murray from running it's just getting worse by the game.
