Does anyone have streaming ideas for those of us located in other states that would like to watch? It appears Bally Sports won't let me stream the games because I'm in Florida and not Texas...

I believe it should stream from wherever. Just make sure you are on Bally's Southwest.

Bally's does offer a free 7 day trial. Don't forget to cancel after this weekend.

I tired it, I have to put in my billing zip code (which is Florida, not Texas) so they won't let me sign up to stream in any zip code other than my billing zip code. So dumb, but I'll try and figure out a way around it.

Port Neches-Groves is making their 1st trip to State since 1999 when Dustin Long was QB and they lost to Art Briles Stephenville team with Kendall at QB.

These last few weeks have been a blast. The town is going nuts even more so than usual. They are trying to set the all time attendance record Friday night. Half of Mid County will be there.

If I 'recollect' PNG v Plano State Championship set an attendance record mid '70s in a game played at Texas Stadium.
There is nothing like Texas High School Football!

PNG has always traveled well.
I remember some of their games in the Astrodome back in the early 90's and they would fill bottom 3 sections from goalpost to goalpost

Last week at Legacy Stadium PNG sold out their side of the stadium.

Nice stadium. That's where my oldest played and now my middle boy and my 8th grader played for their district Championship there.

Funny, Brock finished the regular season 6-4 and is now playing in the final. What a run they are on!

They lost their first 4 games by playing bigger schools and Gunter (who is undefeated and playing in the DII Championship) in mostly close games. Got to district and playoffs and have run the table

6 man football is fun. Just like we played in the backyard growing up.

My great nephew starts for Aledo Saturday. We'll be there!

Grayson Rigdon is damn good. He scored 8 Td's in the title game last year as a freshman for Strawn. Transferred to Benjamin and is doing it again. He only has 6 Td's so far in this one.

60 yard TD pass to the offensive guard to end the game via mercy rule. 6 man is fun

In 6 man, 45+ point lead anytime after half is like 10 run rule in baseball.

This stat pops up every year, but it's still amazing. Carthage head coach Scott Surratt has a record of 69-7 in the playoffs since he took over in 2007 and has more state titles (8) than playoff losses. He's 204-29 overall.

College Station going for #2 on Saturday.

I remember going to an A&M Consolidated vs PNG playoff game around 1990 in the Astrodome. Quarterfinal or Semifinal game.
I was amazed by the turnout of the crowd for PNG. Reached the 3rd deck.
Consol had a nice run from the '88-'91 years and played several of those playoff games in the dome.
Shirts were even made that said "Dome Sweet Home" because Consol only lost once there.
PNG beat Consol in attendance by a wide margin but ended up losing the game.
Most fans I had ever seen vs an opposing team in all those years.
That community REALLY supports their school.

Pretty big upset if Albany keeps this up.

That game was the 1989 4A Quarterfinals
Consol went 10-2 in the Astrodome between 1989-1993 only losing the 1989 (14-0 to Chapel Hill) and 1992 (28-24 to Waxahachie) State Championship games .

The refs in this game are pretty awful. They shouldn't be allowed around State title games again.
