Cooper is one of the best talents we've had at the position in a while. I don't think they used him properly last year.

The snap is his but he's not in the portal yet and he posted that over 24 hours ago. We aren't out the woods yet but every day that goes by without him entering the portal is good.

How do you know the snap is his? Which snap? (someone else said there were two different ones - with similar posts) ??? The one I saw that was posted on this thread spelled his last name as "Cooperr" - with an extra "r".

The one with the two r's is his. There is a possibility he could go to the portal but it hasn't happened yet.
