I think it's more to do with his 2021 year. Numbers were pretty crazy. I think after that, it was more not hurting himself/chances at the next level.

What's so bad about having him learn to pass protect before giving him significant playing time? It's an important part of the position and it's not like we're devoid of talent there to begin with.

I am excited about this pick up!

I still believe in recruiting the best and that correlates to stars. The more 5* the better we have a chance to be. No guarantees of course. Then comes coaching etc.

Great initial burst. fantastic ability to cut and change direction without wasted movement. good north south speed. This is a big get.

Because he's not wrong. Great athlete and great get, but my guess is he will end up the Anias type being used both in the backfield and the slot.

I know, I know, the next Anias is a pretty good outcome. I'm just saying to temper the expectations on him being the "next Adrian Peterson" as I've seen on this thread.
