Winning cures a lot. That's the biggest problem and that's on Jimbo, this is 100% his program.

We now have overpaid players and overpaid coaches blaming each other.

Start at the top with the BMAs.

Every other team in college football has the exact same problems below that.

It all lies at the foot of the coach. If he wasn't doing such a poor job and not delivering on what he sold them, then you wouldn't have any problems.

The parents are realizing they were sold a bill of goods just like we are and they aren't happy about it either. I don't blame them one bit

I don't understand the excuses. You're acting like this is unique and wouldn't happen anywhere else under the same craptastic circumstances.

The job of the coaching staff is literally to coach the players they chose to be here. It's 100% on the coaches.

The reason some of the players and player's parents have become an issue IS BECAUSE OF THE THE COACHING STAFF.

FSU people said over and over this **** would happen and all you fools who had a "WE STOLE A COACH WITH A NATTY" boner didn't want to hear it.

Well guess what? Everything they said is true.

The culture sucks, the locker room sucks, the offense sucks, the line sucks, the play calling sucks, the time management sucks, the roster management sucks, it's year 5 and he still has trouble getting his plays called in a timely manner, he does nothing but fart out excuses covered in coach speak BS, we play close games w/lesser teams b/c of his plodding style, he already demanded a massive raise even though he hasn't even won the division, he refuses to accept his offense is broken, he's loaded up on his buddy assistants who are terrible at coaching their positions....

I mean what more do you people need to see to understand the guy is a fraud who got lucky as hell he was coaching for a Florida based football school that happened to be in a conference filed w/basketball schools who spend half to a third of what FSU puts into football? The guy pretty much only wins by out talenting his opponents. He doesn't scheme his way to wins. Hell, his playcalling is so bad even the announcers are mystified at what it is he is trying to do b/c it looks like they are watching a 12 year pick random plays on Madden online.

We need to return to the Junction Boys model of building a championship team.

The coaching staff brought these players to A&M and are supposed to lead and develop them. Everything begins and ends with the coaching staff.

Trying to blame players parents is just stupid. The coaches are the ones that let things get to this point.

Head coach reminds me of the conductor of a symphony orchestra, he has to select the music, recruit the players, and conduct rehearsals, and the success or failure of the concert falls on him.

Again, the major programs are all going after basically the same pool of recruits. There's a reason we are seeing this meltdown in our locker room while UGA/Tenn/LSU/Bama aren't having the same issues…

Leadership isn't a ground-up thing, it starts at the top and that's our admin and coaching staff. Moving down from there, we haven't seen the experienced guys in our program step into leadership roles and instill accountability, especially on the offensive side of the ball. Add in a poor, inflexible scheme that tries to force players to adapt to its demands instead of adapting to their strengths and you've got a recipe for losing the locker room
