Wow unbelievable! Knowing both Moose and Jimbo I can see this happening and it’s sad!! Jimbo has different standards for different players which is not right and it causes division on a team.

I find it very surprising you would bench a player for wearing arm sleeves. Uhm. Can't he just take them off? Doesn't it seem more than just an arm sleeve issue?

That is what it means…. And we're losing so it's equally bad (it isn't like sumlin didn't play this game as well, we just ignored it while we were winning)

I wouldn't doubt that there are some teenage prima donnas on this team. But the biggest prima donna is an adult who has an ungodly buyout.

Saw a comment elsewhere that "sleeves" are made with a slick material and it is only the skill players that Jimbo restricts using the sleeves bc of the concern that the sleeves can help lead to fumbles. That could make sense and explain different rules for different roles.
Not sure if other Aggie Recievers or Running Backs wear sleeves and it would be interesting to see if other teams have a similar rule based on role.
As petty as the rule may seem, Moose's "apology" was written to add gas to the fire and further divide. It is working.

Moose got his feelings hurt, He's gone anyway and this is him trying to do as much damage to Fisher because he knows the knives are out, and this reaction/meltdown over the "incident" is exactly what he wanted.

Maybe Spiller's highlighting Jimbo being a racist? That's cause for dismissal without the buyout, right

Agree or disagree with the benching, but Jimbo did all he could to protect Moose.
