At his press conference Fisher said we were Up-tempo 70-80% of the time. Apparently his version of Up-tempo is not having a delay of game penalty or having to burn a timeout.

This sums it up. We would be better off running his older pro style game than his version of a modern offense. He has no idea how to scheme or coach it.
