Jimbo doesn't even watch the game when defense is on the field. Multiple times they showed him blaming the offensive players back at the bench while the defense is on the field. That alone is fireable.

Well, hopefully this means we can't do much worse next year. Yes I know technically we could but I don't think we will. But big changes have to come.
