247 still has him as #1 on their own. He moved to #2 on the composite which likely means Rivals dropped him down or one of the other services.
Here's a thought. It does not matter who is #1 and who is 2. We got an elite RB and probably the one we targeted from the beginning so there is really nothing to worry about for either horn or us. Now it's the hard part for both of us. Putting the right pieces in place for them to be successful .
