Moreover it's obvious it's not the players feigning injuries on their own initiative. They had marching orders to slow down the uptempo attack, and Kiffin knows that.

Go watch the last Ole Miss/Tenn game (the mustard game) it was two hurry up offenses that probably set a record for fake injuries on both sides. Kiffin was perfectly fine with slowing that game down when it suited him. Also if you have an issue go yell at Jimbo at mid field and not a player. We were taught injury clock management by the best. A former ole miss DC.

That video is not the only time Lane did that. Once on the OM sideline on the north end of the field, he walked by our player who was down with 3 trainers kneeling around him. As Lane walked by he said something to the player or the trainers as I saw the trainers head snap up and look at Lane.

You're conflating together two completely different things.

This was a public, singular, accusatory attack on an opponent's player by a head coach on another team, on a field of players he should never have been on. It's completely uncalled for and completely different from a head coach telling his own players to beat their ****ing asses, beat the **** outta them, kick their ****ing ass, that team is a bunch of *******, or any other of your favorites meant to coach and inspire a team

That happens all the time in college and pro sports. Hell, even in high school and you see it from parents in younger leagues.

No, it's not very classy but it's really not that big of a deal. These kids are all considered adults and now they are getting paid to play. I think they'll be okay getting yelled at and called a few names.

I'm willing to bet Anderson and the team have already forgotten about it. It's only TexAgs who are butt hurt.

Faking injuries is done by successful high school teams. This is nothing new. We didn't break any rules. Kiffin should direct his frustrations at the rules committee instead of players.

P.S., I didn't see any fake injuries during the game. Our guys were playing tough and getting banged up.
