Yeah and I remember the hit piece article written about us sending C&D to some dude running a website using the trademark to sell Seahawk stuff (who, if I remember correctly, coincidentally was disabled - and that was made a huge focus of the article)...because who cares that a big part of holding a trademark legally requires that you make every effort possible to defend that trademark from any known infringements...

Half of Texags wants to throw our traditions in the garbage because of a tweet and the other half is ready to send an army of lawyers to defend our honor.
