Silent treatment since yesterday evening. I didn't handle the loss very well. She also got mad that I posted on Facebook about how much we suck (since I was obviously drunk).

I hadn't posted since last season - maybe the people loved my excitement?

Still silent treatment today. Reading through my texts and all the stupid **** I said to people.

Anybody in the same boat?

Lol. Can't say I did that or ever have. I wasn't even being angry. Just more of an Eeyore.

That said - I broke a game controller once back in college. So this was like 10 years ago. Bioshock Infinite. The ghost boss in the bank. Still hate that ***** a decade later (yes I did beat her eventually)

I did what Sumlin said to do and premptively got a dog on Friday afternoon after our old pooch of 15 years passed away this summer. At least I have something new to keep myself occupied other than Aggie football on weekends.

No because I don't give that much of a **** about if the Aggies win or lose. I am not coaching or playing so the loss is not on me and I am not going to piss off my wife over a dumbass game.

My wife reminded kids were playing outside. I did yell the F bomb pretty loud but not sure at what part in the game. Probably when their running backs were slicing through our defense.

Be humble, admit your mistake and apologize for the lack of self control. Then ask her for understanding and forgiveness. If she still gives you the silent treatment then the issue is with her.

The only thing that kept me from being like the OP was I had to go into work last night and couldn't get **** faced.

I got in trouble week one and my wife highly suggested I go take a nap during the weather delay. She knew what she was getting into when she came downstairs at 8 am and I was already a couple beers deep
