Defensehas allowed 14 points.
Offense has scored 7 points. And has not maintained consistent possession, allowing App St to get their defense rested.

The defense is not absolved of their lack of contribution. They have the chance to prevent the other team from progressing the ball down the field.

But the offense...my goodness, it has been horrendous and can't win the clock or field position at all.
App State scored 40 points n one quarter last week. It's not like they suck. Defense isn't the problem.
