I asked last week who RB2 is. I'm not dismissing Achane's talent, but he's obviously limited to being a home-run hitter. We need a larger back to deliver some blows and earn some yards despite our crap OL.

Max was too good with a s***ty lsu team to sit behind King. I DGAF who says what. Yes the line sucks. Yes Jimbo play calling sucks. But damn, do something to shake this pathetic offense up.

The sack he gave up was not on OL. He has to at least slow down a free rusher. The QB needs at least 2 seconds. The designed run was another weak attempt. Hr blocks like a guy who spends 1/2 the year running track. Is what it is.

He is an amazing talent, but he is a natural change of pace/utility/2nd back.

Teams weren't supposed to be able to run on third and short because of Jackson and Raikes. Those two don't even play on third and short.

2020 was pretty good.
Just an fyi, but 2020 with a 9-1 record, during Covid, was not the norm. It is the only year we had 1 loss since 1992.

In the past 24 years only twice have we won more than 10 games.

In 21 of the past 24 years we have lost 4 or more games.

So, the poster you are responding to is accurate in his assessment.
