That's clear as mud

This is the homepage on the ESPN app (running via AppleTV). Click browse.

That'll take you to a screen similar to this. Scroll down until you see channels. All of the channels available via the app will be here. Scroll over to SECN+. Once the game starts, it'll be listed.

You also do this to watch Aggie Baseball as most games will be on SECN+.

I've noticed in past years it seems to lag a bit on showing up on the App a few minutes after it actually starts

If you're seeing volleyball, back out of the channel and you should see the game now. Volleyball is still on, but I see the game after leaving that channel in the espn app.
