So happy for him. Great to see someone who loves being an Aggie do so well. He can never have too much success IMO.

At that level taxes don't matter. I pretty much agree that our taxes are way too high, but it's not like we are a socialist democracy Euro country where the taxes are MUCH higher.
It has been proven time and time again in pro sports that state taxes just don't matter, contracts are signed to play for teams where the player feels the situation is best, or even if for the $$$ just slightly more additional $$ will get them to sign in a state with a state income tax.
Otherwise all teams in TX and FL would dominate NFL, MLB, NBA, etc.
