He knows what is said here. He may not read it but someone that works for him does.

Like building a program similar to Alabama. Rome wasn't built overnight. I predict that over five years, he will have built a sound program. A lot of folks think that football is all about emotion. Yes, that's a factor, but there are so many variables involved as there are in any winning program, football or in the corporate boardroom.

In three to five years, the SEC will still be the dominant division in all of college football. And the team that replaces Alabama? Odds are to me that will be Texas A&M. If I were a gambling man that is where I'd put my money.

There is way, way too much money invested in this program in regards to facilities, recruiting, media etc., for it to sit idle. It most definitely will not slide backwards. This prediction is unbiased because I'm not a graduate of A&M, nor am I a huge fan. I am a fan, however of college football. And love what Coach Fisher is building in College Station.

I am class of 76. I still work Monday through Saturday at my store. I raise cattle. I find just enough time on Sundays and occasional evenings to work them. I have numerous hobbies that I never seem to get to enjoy much because of my two jobs. But I still enjoy working the cattle. I even like building fence, which I hated when I was young.

With all of that said, I love checking TexAgs every day mostly for entertainment, but also for the bit of news that we may not get on TV. So yes, I bet Jimbo does the same no matter how busy he is coaching football, and also with his own family life. (He has ranches you know.)
