Definitely LSU. Was always first game of the season til they ran….we've actually played them more times than Tech. I'd say Tech/Arky is third
In all my years in business, I never met a baylol grad who was successful unless daddy made him the boss or gave him the company. Most of their students couldn't get into A&M or tu and tceh was too far away. Unless you want to be a choir director or sell carpet why go there.BaileyAg said:Madmarttigan said:
I still have an irrational hatred of Baylor can't quite get rid of, can't even put my finger on it exactly.
When TU and Baylor play I hope the stadium basically goes up a la Dark Knight Rises.
I am now ready for Alabama to never win another football game, and pretty damn tired of LSU too.
Lol...i can put my finger on the Baylor hatred.
They wormed their way in in the Big 12 then threatened lawsuits on our exit.
That, and every Baylor grad i went to post-grad school with were insufferable a holes who thought they were better than everyone

Well, who is the opponent that you hate the most, for who and what they are? The one you hate everything about?

Longhorns are our #1 rival, even though we're not in the same conference and haven't played in awhile. Those things are both changing soon. They're the other big school in our state. The rivalry is so natural that it can't be stopped; it's inevitable. Embrace it. And **** tu.
Baylor isn't a rival. They're the scum that leaves a ring around the edge of the tub. They're arrogant and inferior. Self righteous rapists. They weaseled their way into the Big 12, and then tried to stop us from leaving. I don't hate them, I loathe them and am disgusted by them. I don't want to beat them every year, I want their program to dissolve.
Tech used to be a decent #2 in state rival. I used to hate them because Leach would beat us, and I enjoyed making fun of their second rate education. But since we left the Big 12, I actually kind of like them now. They hate Texas and don't **** off them. And they weren't little *****es about us leaving. And I grew up out that way, so they're kind of a home team for me. But not rivals and won't be again any time soon.
LSU is our new #2 rival. They're next door, in the same conference, we play every year, both teams have been decent, and the games against them have been wild. They're smelly, dirty, loud, rude, underhanded, cheating, owe us money, ****ty education, and only care about football. Perfect combination for a bad guy and easy to hate.
Arky isn't our rival. We've owned them, and they've been pretty irrelevant, since we joined the SEC. They hate us because of it. But I don't have any strong feelings towards them. That may change if they rise in prominence and beat us a few more times.
South Carolina is our official cross division rival. That rivalry is completely artificial. We have no history with them and are too far apart physically. Hopefully that goes away with the re-org. I'd much rather play Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, etc. than SC every year.
No it isn't the PIGs owned us pre-SEC some people forget that.AgLaw02 said:100% accurateOgre09 said:

I may be off-base here, but I feel Arkansas has become our new Tech (though I still detest ttu), being a school with expectations that far outweigh their pedigree, below-average academics in comparison to other member institutions, and tons of obnoxious t-shirt fans. I dislike LSU, but can at least point to their stellar academic record (athletics notwithstanding) as something redeeming.Ogre09 said:
I said since we joined the SEC we've owned them and they've been irrelevant. This is our 10th season in the SEC, and we won the first 9 meetings. They got one this year. Let's see if they can build on that.
We played 3 times right before changing conferences. They went 3-0 there. But that was 3 wins 10+ years ago. And even if you count those, the series is still 9-4.
Prior to that we played almost every year from 1927 to 1991. They held a decent edge in that series. But I was 4 in 1991 and am 35 now, so none of that matters to me.
Maybe you care more about Arky if you're around their fans more? I only know a couple.
Whether we like it or not, within 3 years the zombie conference known as the Big 12 will be dissolved and its two biggest teams will be full fledged members of the SEC. When that happens there will be an immediate contrast between t.u. and A&M. It will be immediate and ongoing and whether we like it or not the past rivalry will be renewed right where it left off and perhaps with even more intensity since we haven't met on the field or court since 2013. Every contest and every aspect of our facilities, coaching change, recruiting development etc will be reviewed and measured as an indication of the health of our athletic program relative to the t.u. coutnerpart.Ogre09 said:
