Who said it was off putting? I think it's great! Go out into the market and get what you're worth. Selfishly though, I think it's going to suck for the schools and the fans to have constant turnover, but it is what it is.
We have a lot to offer. If anyone doesn't want to be here I would wish them well and we will find the next man up.
