Since Jimbo came on board, we've been one of the worst downfield passing threats in the SEC (I believe 13th out of 14).

We have so much money (see Mike Elko's contract and getting him from Notre Dame), why can't we poach a beastly Offensive Coordinator from elsewhere? We know money isn't a problem.

Jimbo has too much to manage on his plate and can't keep up with play-calling and running a football program. Who else thinks Jimbo should take on a more CEO role and should hand play calling reigns to a new Offensive Coordinator that we can money whip? Jimbo can still keep is hands on role with QBs.

I think the OP means a REAL one that poses a threat to defenses.

Do people really not understand there is no chance in hell Jimbo hires someone else to run the offense?

He'd literally quit the job before handing the reigns off to someone running the spread

How do these threads keep getting repeated?

Someone from the Briles tree since that seems to be the rage right now would be nice, but I don't really know any names of people who run it other than Baby Briles at Arkansas, Lane Kiffin, and Tennessee. Another promising option is Zach Kittley, an up and comer and a Kingsbury disciple who seems to have inherited his Midas touch with quarterbacks.

A year ago nobody thought Lincoln Riley would ever leave Oklahoma. Nobody knows what a coach will do now or in the future.

Not exactly.

You do know that Jimbo was the OC/QB coach at LSU back in the day...right?
Don't expect any OC hire unless he is forced to.
