New coach; more money; same results. Wash, rinse, repeat

Now you gone full………! Nothing is remotely as bad as Sumlin.
I eagerly await next year's results as I don't expect to backslide but to progress instead. But in the long run, record is the only thing that really counts.davido said:
If you can't see the difference, you don't know football. Record alone is a lazy comparison.

I think we're closer than being made out. If we had a plus QB, were looking at playoffs. One player. Instead we had a hobbled backup. Predictable.
Sumlin got blown out in losses, where we looked like we didn't belong on the field. Has not happened like that with Jimbo. ( This year ) Sumlin also could not recruit or develop.

We're paying the big bucks for championships, not a better product on the field but the same tired record.

Jimbo with Jake Hubenak would have won this game
that's part of the frustration.AggieBlu said:
Felt like Sumlin but not Sumlin. Coach Sumlin had way better QBs when this was happening. Even Hubenak was better than Calzada.

After last night, not sure what the difference is. Same records after 4 years.
