I hate that LSU won...BUT...let's be honest...EVERYONE that isn't associated with A&M wanted Coach O to go out with a win. The SEC wanted it. The media wanted it. The refs wanted it. The LSU players wanted it. There was no way for A&M to win this game with their normal game play. They needed elevated play and they just didn't get there.
This season has been a disappointment, considering the expectations on day one. Looking back on all of the injuries, including the QB, we finished about where I would expect.
I hate that our seniors ended the regular season this way. I wanted them to go out with a win.

This. We always seem to have a blown coverage or two in which whatever team we play capitalizes on. Not all on Calzada, the Defense definitely had some crao pplays that the Corndogs we're able to take advantage of.

We just got out coached by a guy who got fired for being a bad coach.
So ****ing tired of Jimbo and his play calling. We never stretch defenses by throwing downfield, his playbook is stuck in 1998, and watching this offense makes me hate football.
Best 8-4 team in the nation. Best 8-4 program ever!
This one is on Elko and Jimbo. Those play calls down the stretch snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Stop blaming Calzada, his own WRs arn't helping him when guys like Preston and Muhammad can't catch balls that hit em on the numbers.

Spiller's NO effort to stay in bounds and fight for the first down and 3 wide open drops in the 4th quarter will not win many ball games. Calzada played hard, made good throws. The 3rd down call was..... a head shaker.
LSU GAVE us this game to win and players didn't close it out.
When your receivers are dropping the ball and the quarterback has happy feet, there aren't many plays you can call that will work, especially with a team that can dominate the LOS, like LSU proved t/o the year.
... defense went stone cold absent on the last minute... could see it coming a mile away.

Many, many failures on man, many levels. This game was a microcosm of the season.
So much potential, and so much failure. No one on staff is without blame, but Jimbo needs to feel the pressure because he is the leader of this program, and being paid quite handsomely to do so.
If he fails to win the SEC in the next 2-3 years, he never will. This was year 4, and it was quite a step back from year 3. Not an acceptable trend.

Spiller got the first down but the grainy Nokia phone quality video convinced the ref that he stepped out
