I don't know much about these things but why would you seat recruits on an official visit in the end zone? You'd think they would find better seats for them or they'd be on the sideline.

They might have moved there themselves. There were plenty of choices by the end of that game.

My folks would have kicked my butt if I posted something out in the public with that kind of language when I was in high school. They still might.

Their reaction was the exact same as everyone in the stadium including Kansas fans.

In hindsight tu probably did the best thing possible giving them a seat where they have a tough time seeing the crap on the field

West side near the 50 first deck.

Again, I can't imagine they purposefully put them there. I could see them moving down there at overtime to get the better view. I prefer the vertical view of the play when it's at the end zone closest to the stands.

Only in the zoo do folks get mad at coveted recruits laughing their asses off at sip's meltdown and call their character into question.

Character isn't defined by language, especially when those words aren't used to demean others but are simply exclamations in the heat of the moment.

If you think these young men lack character because of the words they used, then I can't imagine what you think of those in the military where this language is part of the day-to-day vocabulary in virtually all settings.

Most recruits are seated in the same section as the parents or where player tickets are allocated.

I believe it was an unofficial visit. I don't think they can give them tickets in that case, but could be wrong

I think its perfectly reasonable to use some choice words when you witness a train wreck like that.

Who do you want your linebacker recruits to sound like? Mr. Rogers? They participate in one of the most violent sports on the planet. I agree posting videos of cursing on social media is dumb, but do you think that they go from physically tearing other grown mens heads off on the field and then don't curse in their personal lives?

During the Sherman and Sumlin eras, it was routine so see recruits in the north endzone of Kyle. Rebuilding the stadium put the Lettermen there, so no longer see recruits. It was kinda' fun teaching them yells, singing war hymn, and other traditions.

So are you suggesting I speak like that because I'm from NOLA? I'm confused. Teenagers speak like that from everywhere! Good grief….

Unfortunately it is becoming common language many places but moving to NOLA after college I was shocked 35 years ago the majority of the people spoke that way. When teenagers are allowed to speak using that word as daily language no matter who is around them is trashy. So yea if you defend it your part of the problem.
