Just out of curiosity, how did Kyle Field today compare to the bama game?

I wasn't at the Bama game and I'll never get over it

But I thought the atmosphere today was great for a 2:30 game. 4th quarter was really loud

Despite all the hate the DJ gets, he got the crowd super pumped up after the defensive score. And this is coming from an Old Ag.

I think this game was louder than Bama. I couldn't see many empty seats.

The DJ has found a groove this year. I think he got the green light to do his thing.

Anytime we need to get the crowd back into it like after a 3 minute CBS commercial break or a missed field goal, he brings the crowd back into it. He's really doing a great job. He knows the buttons to push and when to push them. After the Clemons TD, as the kickoff team comes out, he brings Power back and just refreshes the stadium into a frenzy, and I loved it!

To answer OP, I thought Bama was a full 10/10, no doubt.

This one was 9.5/10. The olds' side of the stadium wasn't up nearly as much as they were for Bama. Seeing Kyle so full for a 2:30 November game was a first for me.

I was up in the nosebleeds but I think it was loud. They said it was the 2nd largest crowd.

I'm a 50- something suburban mom and I liked the DJ. But there were a couple of times when it was CRAZY loud. Like brown-noise loud. It didn't bother me. But I could see why some might not like it.

Bama game was up to 106 db Without the juke box.
Hard to think it was that loud.

Unable to go, but it didn't sound like it. On the other hand It was mentioned a few times that the 12th Man impacted this or that play.

Very loud… and something happens at Kyle field after the lights come on and sun goes down.

We were energized after sun went down… decibels was also very high…. Same as Bama game.

You do realize the sun didn't set until long after the game was over, right?

I was in 347 and it was at times louder than the Bama game. Full tilt loud on every third down. It had an impact on the field and for the recruits in attendance as well I'm sure. It was like the old days, just with a DJ. Great game!

I went for a run during the game (I've discovered the team plays so much better when I don't watch and it about kills me). Anyway, I was over by Consol during the third quarter and could hear the 12th Man. Pretty redass.

I don't really get when people make that argument, I can hardly understand the lyrics of the rap to notice profanity. I also expect anyone who complains about these to avoid ALL tv, movies, songs, and literature that use profanity, and to never use those words themselves, lest they be a hypocrite.

Difference between today and the Bama game was Bama came down to the last play of the game. Today, at about midway through the 4th Q it felt like we had the game in hand.

was at both bama and today auburn.. no comparison. bama was start to finish nuts… today vs auburn first half was pretty blah fan wise (student side seemed decent). second half today was solid… but still bama game was far better. i think the night game has a lot to do with it too (bama)

I was at both games. This is about right. Both sides were awesome. Very similar high noise levels and intimidation. Limited the bama n Auburn qbs big time

When we got the fumble for a TD it may have been the loudest I've ever heard Kyle Field and I've been going to games regularly since 1975.

That DJ gets a lot of ***** The 7yo is pretty astute and observant watching football on TV. Today was his first live game in 2 years. That boy LIT UP every time the jams dropped.

Y'all can all be old and stodgy or whatever. If we want our next generation falling in love with the place, most of everything that happened today should keep happening (except the offense, let's get one of those).

Agreeing with others here, the crowd today was boisterous and loud. We didn't cause any penalties or turnovers, but it got pretty raucous on occasion, especially after Calzada went down and everyone realized it was on the defense (and us) to bring this home.

That being said, it was no comparison to Bama. That Saturday night was bat**** insane from start to finish. It was the best environment I've ever been a part of. That night and the next day I was so beat up from yelling that I felt like I'd been on the field making tackles.

If today was "oh, ****, this might be the brown note", Bama was "**** YEAH WE ALL **** OUR PANTS AND NO ONE CARES!!"

Aggie DJ has done straight up YEOMAN'S work this year. I was at the Bama game, and the place was absolutely on fire (both the selections and the timing of the drops, which isn't easy to do in a live game environment). Wasn't at the Auburn game, but I saw when CBS came back from a commercial break and the Aggie sideline was en fuego while "Power" was pumping. That's just damn good stuff right there. Love the rep Kyle Field is establishing right now.

The final event in the 7OT win oer LSU was the single moment loudest, Kyle Field shaking moment I've experience. Yesterday was great. Started strong. Kinda lulled in Q2. 2nd half was legit, even when we had it in the bag, was very loud every time they qere on defense.

From an old ag and first home game since Covid, wife and I sat in the ZC and we had a blast. The student section was loud and raucous and we really liked the DJ. Can't believe I am saying this as a traditionalist, but the DJ added an electrified energy. Hands down, best home game atmosphere ever for me.
