GA state was a terrible showing. UGA averaged 4.1/carry. Pretty good considering how the offense did nothing to protect the defense. They allowed 4.3/carry to Arkansas. Not great, but significantly better than the 5.4 arkie has averaged. They still only allowed 23 points.

They shut down penn state and LSU run games. They held OM to 4/carry. Significantly lower than OM's season average.

I did not say they would shut down our run. I am saying that it looks like a fairly equal matchup on paper.

We'll slap 'em around with our junk.

Our D has been stellar.

We gave up 31 to Bama. But, that's Bama. We gave up a bad punt block, but won the special teams game.

We gave up 19 to a mediocre Ms State. The defense just handed the Dogs a score.

We have pretty much dominated every other offense we have faced, scoring wise. We are a bend, don't break, defense, and it has worked so far.

I will be surprised if Auburn offense puts up more than 27 points. We got to minimize turnovers and bad special teams plays.

Bold prediction: Our safeties tackle Bo 5 times for gains of less than 5 yards each (or, maybe even losses) due to an effective spy game.

Watched Auburn/OM. The stats may say our O against their D is a draw. My eyes tell me otherwise. OM ran the ball despite Corral being gimpy, 2 starting WRs being out and WR3 leaving the game early. Corral is their leading rusher. The TE who is normally a true HBack and WR4 had huge nights.

OM might have won had Lane kicked FGs on 4th and more than a yard or 2.

I think we do enough to keep them guessing.

if auburn is smart, they will stack the line with 8 or 9 in the box to stop the run and make calzada beat them.
