Yup! Jimbo and his recruiting staff love former players and love using them for recruiting! Take the spring game for example! They have open invitations from what I heard!

I keep hoping to see the defense do some Von Miller dance moves after big plays!

Former players say they have never felt more welcome back at A&M.

Jimbo knows what he is doing and treats former players even walk-ons like kings.

I remember in one of his pressers early on, he was asked about this. He mentioned that he really embraces former players and that he wants them back often. He said "once an Aggie, always an Aggie" and he thought them being involved helps build loyalty to the program.

Maybe Tannehill would come back but he posted that request to the vet school about not using the dogs for research. Why I was asking about if he had been back or posted good things on Twitter.

I think we are just "where I played football" to Tannehil now.

Guys like Myles and Von loved it all and still do.

Thats actually a good Q about THill. I love rooting for him and Titans, but I'm clueless on where A&M stands in his heart.

But I'll add, the more his success in NFL, the better for us. Not too long ago, that was one knock on TAMU- no NFL future for a QB.

I'll bet if you counted the number of QBs from each school who have started an NFL game in the last 10 years, we'd be high on that list.

Especially if you count the ones that transferred away from A&M.

We're SOOOO good at producing NFL talent that they just have to go to other school to show off just how well we developed them here.

We bring em in and train em up and they just go ball out all across the nation.
