Nick Saban is in decline, he's not full FJB decline but he's on the back side of sixty and it is starting to show.
He won't be able to take it when he is not given high approbation by the media and fans, could be a fast retirement.
The two best coordinators Saban ever had are the next leaders of the SEC.

He turns 70 on Saturday.

I have to agree. He's much more laid back. I still think he's one of the best, but he's different.

Also, Terry is gonna make him retire at some point.

I don't recall seeing Saban chewing ass and then reassuring players on the sidelines midway through the year. He's always seemed like a non-micromanager on the field. Usually the assistants are the ones in the player's face.

True that. But I think Bowden and Paterno accepted being figure heads closer to their retirement. Remember Paterno's crusty ass sitting in the press box while the ginger was calling plays? No way Saban accepts that fate.

The wheel of time stops for no one, but I think Saban has at least 1-2 more contenders in him. He'll get rid of BoB and that offense will have some more experience next year.

Though I agree that the next two up are us and the dawgs. We're proving that the foundation in Aggieland is strong and the west should be on notice.

People are not aging like the previous generation. I could see Saban going to late 70s easy. If he wants to. Late 70s today is like late 60s 20 years ago. Just look at the stats on aging today.

Pretty dumb comparison. What does that have to do with Saban? Warren Buffett is 90 so what about that? Biden has never worked for a living, either, so terrible comparison

The dude was shell shocked because he realized the biggest mistake ever in his career was hiring bill ****ing Obrien. Why anyone would do that is beyond me. Must have a hell of an agent. It's not just because he's getting older.

I never thought Saban looked as old as he really is until the video of him being escorted off the feild the other night in College Station.

It looked like his security was having to almost carry him along as if he couldn't run that fast on his own.

I think it's better but it's still not a large enough field to prevent UCF from claiming one and the NCAA agreeing to it.
