I agree that they have looked bad, but somebody has to be in the top 10. There aren't a lot of good choices available. And for what it's worth, the algorithms have both OU and Cincy as top 6 teams.

Yea i would agree that someone has to fill out the top 10. But I guarantee you there are other teams more deserving to be there than oklahoma and Cincinnati. They are only there because they started off ranked and havent lost. If they started off the season unranked the only team that can make a strong case for a top 10 ranking would be Cincinnati. But thats based on notre dame being an inflated ranking as well.

We all knew Coastal Carolina was not a top 20 team and I dont think they should have been ranked. And this is not me being discretionary against smaller schools and conferences. But for them to be taken seriously in the rankings I feel like they need to play better schedules otherwise the wins dont mean the same as they do in other conferences and Im tired of seeing undeserving teams get blown out in the playoffs.

I should clarify i have never really been satisfied with the way the ranking systems work. I hated the BCS computers and I hate the polls especially the ap poll. Im just saying if you gave 2021 Clemson team Cincinnati's schedule you would have an imposter at #2 just waiting to be pantsed by any school with a pulse. It's unfair to teams that play real schedules. If you want to be taken seriously as even a top 25 team you have to play better schedules than Cincy has this year, much less top 2. Its ridiculous.

This game is over and OU is done. When you run the ball, defenses don't have the luxury of capitalizing on bad throws, tipped passes, bad routes, and drops.
