OU is a decent team ... a really good offense with good special teams and a really bad defense. Good enough to win the big12 again but they'll get embarrassed by a Bama or Georgia.

I'm old, but it always puzzles me why more teams don't go to control-the-clock smash mouth football. It's so marvelous when you see someone do it. Average 3.33 yards per carry and you move the chains over and over and over. And every time you run the ball, the clock drains more, the defense is on the field more without having a breather while everything gets reset from an incomplete pass 30 yards downfield, and the opponent's offense is on the sideline getting more and more antsy.

There's nothing finer than an 8-minute drive for a score followed up by the opponent trying to get it all back at once and going three-and-out, followed by another 8 minute drive.
