Yes, I believe the horse got tangled up on a camera cable or something down on the sideline and lost its footing and ran into a wall in one of the tunnels. I don't know that I would call that suicide though.

Not for humor, but I would be interested to see video of this. From the article it sounds like a new saddle was in use for the first time and it broke. I know in '94 tv cameras weren't everywhere but maybe it was caught on game film and is jus buried somewhere. I do find it amusing the article writer felt the need to say the rider was not disciplined.
